Tasting Notes

Grown in the Armagh district of Clare on black alluvial soils fermented and aged in new French oak for 10 months. The wine is ruby red to black in colour wih licorice and cedary oak and coffee aromas. The wine has palate flavours of black cherries with a chocolate finish. Can be cellared for up to 10 years.
